We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you may be eligible for a refund.


1. 14-Day Guarantee

You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us regarding any issues with your order.

Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos and/or video showing the issue.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

⚠️ You do NOT need to return the item.
If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued without requiring the product to be shipped back.


3. What’s Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect size selection (please review our size guide before ordering).

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier.


4. Refund Processing

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
